Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of golf lessons. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be interested. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than [48] hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee compensates for the reserved time and the inconvenience caused. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be charged [$50] as a no-show fee. This fee is to cover the time reserved and the opportunity missed. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduled lessons will be subject to availability and must be completed within 21 days of the original scheduled date. 5. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can arise. If you have a valid reason for canceling or rescheduling on short notice, please contact me as soon as possible. I will consider waiving the fee in exceptional circumstances. 6. Refunds: Lessons that are canceled or rescheduled will not be refunded, but I will do my best to accommodate changes to the schedule based on availability. 7.
